<li>参加費用：2,000円　（表彰式を開催しない場合は1,000円）</li>
<li>最終エントリー受付締切：開催日の14日前</li>
<li>組合せは開催日10日前頃に、こちらのページに掲載いたします。</li>
<li>組合せ公開後のキャンセルは、競技参加費のキャンセル料が発生いたします。</li>
<li>組合せ枠に空きがある場合は、直前エントリーが可能です。ゴルフ場へ直接ご連絡を入れてください。（先着順）</li>
